UnionPay

Accept UnionPay credit cards only. Support scanning the QR code (UPOP), filling credit card information, and recurring payment by UnionPay upon request.

Alipay

Alipay is the world’s leading payment platform with 450 million active users. Yedpay accepts both Alipay (CN wallet) and AlipayHK (HK wallet). Supports scanning the QR code and redirecting to the mobile app of Alipay.

WeChat Pay

WeChat with a monthly user base of more than 1 billion people. Yedpay accepts WechatPay (both CN wallet & HK wallet), and also supports scanning the QR code.

VISA

Yedpay accepts both local and cross-border Visa credit cards, apart from filling the credit card information, it can also be redirected to the digital wallet (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) for users who have verified the card into it.

Mastercard

Yedpay accepts both local and cross-border Mastercard credit cards, apart from filling the credit card information, it can also be redirected to the digital wallet (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) for users who have verified the card into it.

FAQs

  • Could the customers shop outside Hong Kong?

    Yes, eCommerce is not limited in locations, but transaction amounts can only be settled by HKD.
  • What is the fee for using Yedpay’s online gateway?

    There is no set up fee and such, only transaction fee applies.
  • Will I be charged a fee when issuing refund?

    The refund period is 90 days.
    If you issue a full refund of Union Pay, Alipay or WechatPay, the original transaction fee will be refunded to you and your customer will receive a full refund. For Visa and Mastercard, a full transaction amount will be refunded to the merchant and the customers only if the refund is made on the same day of the transaction. Otherwise, the transaction fee will be deducted after the day, but the customer will still get the full refund.

  • How is the settlement?
